Hello Marc,
I've been reading your posts and enjoyed my visit. I like the pictures you choose! I'm also glad that you finally managed to get a good night's sleep. Enjoy the weekend.
Alleluia. Hurrah. Isn't sleep magic? I'm usually a good sleeper; now that I'm on these strange meds, I have no idea what nights I might have. Last night, maybe I slept two hours at a pop.

I've heard someone saying pollar bears are drowing in recent years because of the ice melting. Hope this isn't true.
Certainly the ice is changing. Some of our native people are allowed to hunt the bear and I kmow that that has become harder for them. So whether the numbers of bears is down, or whether there are more suviving by not being shot, I don't know. All I know, is that, if I have to go back to being an animal in my next life, I'd loke to be a Canadian polar bear.
