How much of this will I be able to see on blogger? On my desktop I can click on the image and see details of people walking on the beach.
A lot, but not the blow-up details.

I thought perhaps this photograph was part of the Gigapxl Project http://www.gigapxl.org/ This website features a custom built camera capable of 4 gigapixels resolution. If this photograph of Watson's Bay had been taken with the 4 gigapixel camera it would be possible not only to see people on the beach but to see what brand of sunglasses they were wearing! A read through the website will teach you more than you ever wanted to know about digital photography.

The wikipedia photo of the day for yesterday has even more detail than gigaplx or the photo reproduced here. I suppose blogger can only download so much, although it does well with pictures from my own camera. Strange to think of Sidney urban dwellers having a paradise so close.
