I have been at home for two weeks and have finally got my weight below 210. I had wild toothache for a week followed immediately by the worst prostate infection I have ever had. I am not sure if my urologist will give me a letter to satisfy my employers that it was reasonable for me not to be at work.
At last, it seems that the winter is over, not that we have spring yet, but the snow is melting everywhere. The skies are grey, but if my winter coat falls open, I do not freeze and perhaps I shall not wear gloves again until next winter.
Damn. I've just understood how the new uploads work..... Here are pictures that inspire me. They depress most of the organisations that publish them, (and perhaps I'm not licenced to use them). They inspire me because of the enormous achievement that men and women are able to carry out in a wild and inaccessible part of my country.
